Planning and Aligning

I make sure to set objectives that align with broader organizational goals and break them down into appropriate initiatives and actions. My implementation plans ensure that resources are allocated precisely. I often call myself the “Devil’s Advocate” because I am always keeping my eyes peeled for obstacles and risks, and develop appropriate contingency plans accordingly.

Driving Results

I have a strong bottom-line orientation and persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks, with a track record of exceeding goals successfully. I have high standards and always believe “we can do better,” so I set aggressive goals and push myself and others to achieve results.

Action Oriented

I’m always on the lookout for seizing new opportunities. I quickly and decisively take action in fast-changing, unpredictable situations and am ready to take action on challenges without unnecessary planning. I love stepping up to handle tough issues with a can-do attitude and like to get things done!
